1. Introduction

OniBlade ("the App") is operated by Onigiri Works ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and your rights as a user. By creating an account or using the App you agree to the practices described here.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account & Profile Data

When you register and use your profile we collect:

2.2 App Activity Data

2.3 Technical Data

We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or crash analytics beyond what Expo/React Native may log locally. We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs.

3. How We Store Your Data

All user data is stored on Supabase (Supabase Inc., United States), a cloud database provider we use as a data processor. Data is stored on infrastructure in the United States. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified.

Profile pictures are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to the authenticated user. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies so that each user can only access their own data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data with Supabase — as our data storage processor (see Section 3). We will disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users or others.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from within the app (see Section 7), your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.

6. Children's Privacy

OniBlade is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at the address in Section 8 and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Deleting your account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app — go to the Profile tab and choose Delete account. This is immediate and irreversible; it removes your account and every record tied to it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
