Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OniBlade mobile application ("the App"), operated by Onigiri Works ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). By using the App you confirm you meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
3. Your Account
Using the App requires signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you sign in with and for activity that occurs under your account. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab in the App.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All trick content, text, graphics, logos, and other materials in the App are original works owned by Onigiri Works or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our prior written permission.
6. Safety Disclaimer
Aggressive inline skating carries inherent risks of injury. OniBlade provides instructional and reference content for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, and we make no guarantee that any trick can be performed safely. You are solely responsible for your own safety, for using appropriate protective equipment, and for assessing your own ability before attempting any trick. You skate at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onigiri Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
9. Changes to the App and to these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Brazil, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
